[WHAT] Hailing from Gary, Indiana Freddie Gibbs has lived in a place thats been forgotten by most. Left with nothing but drugs and crime Gribbs turned to rap as a way to explain to the world what he has been though. Taking notes from UGK and 2Pac, Gibbs has shaped into a powerful rapper who’s  lyrics are imbedded with graphic truth and delivered with  passion. Rita J is an energetic Chicago born artist who’s taking us back to some classic hip hop sounds, synths and instruments! I’m really digging her new video for “No Regrets”, real Chicago, real dope.
