[WHAT] UK DJ/Producer Ott is renown for his extensive studio resume, having produced and recorded huge names such as Sinead O’Connor, The Orb ,and Brian Eno. Ott is a magician in the psychedelic dub realm, such that he has created a modern dub twist that engulfs the crowd’s ears in a melodic tranc e sprinkled with overtones of synths and ambient riffs. Ott will be dropping a new album titled, Mir, next week March 15th. Launched by his own label, Ott Sonic Music, the production quality on this one sounds incredible. Mir will be available via download on Ott’s bandcamp as well as limited hard copies on the tour.

“It’s time to strap on your Compton hats and locs and celebrate the music and legacy of one of the greatest Hip-Hop artists of all time, the icon responsible for introducing the world to acts as diverse asN.W.A., Snoop Dogg, The D.O.C., Eminem, J.J. Fad, 50 Cent, Arabian Prince, and so many more. It’s Dre Day 2010 and everybody’s celebratin’!” - Ground Lift Media
If you hear the signature “Hiiiooooo” Mic Terror aka “Black Bart Simpson” is in the house. Known for his real life lyricism that is based on his everyday thoughts and encounters, Mic Terror’s flow is comedic, energetic and straight forward. Catching the eye of MIA, Travis from Gym Class Heroes and Flosstradamus, we’re looking forward to the collabs and new tracks Mic Terror will bring us in 2011. Grab the newest joint The Late Pass album mixed by the homie MattBoyWhite from the Midnight Rockers Crew.
“There is an eclectic contingent of jazz heads, hip hop kids, vinyl junkies, and classic rockers that frequented the infamous parties and late-night studio sessions held within the smoke filled, brick-walled confines of Chicago’s West Town Recording. The Jordan Years’ dusty, smoky, soulful grooves became the unofficial soundtrack. They are an ode to the golden age of Motown, the DIY ethic of the new music business, and the winning spirit held within their city’s heritage.” – A few words from GLM about The Jordan Years.
Shouts to Fly Kite Media for the footage.

[WHAT] Tibaut Bowman and Felix Moreno also known as Auto Body are a live indie electro fusion band out of the Austin, Texas scene and boy can they put on a show. Resourcefulness, Creativity and sheer musical talent separate these guys from the rest. Auto Body’s use of different synths and electro sounds mesh perfectly with the instrumental base creating this live electro fusion. Having just released a seven song party EP called Priest Party , many await their album drop which should be by the end of 2010.With openers Bird Peterson and Lo Bounce also on the line up this should be a tack on the calendar for all you live music junkies out there.
