[WHAT] Tibaut Bowman and Felix Moreno also known as Auto Body are a live indie electro fusion band out of the Austin, Texas scene and boy can they put on a show. Resourcefulness, Creativity and sheer musical talent separate these guys from the rest. Auto Body’s use of different synths and electro sounds mesh perfectly with the instrumental base creating this live electro fusion. Having just released a seven song party EP called Priest Party , many await their album drop which should be by the end of 2010.With openers Bird Peterson and Lo Bounce also on the line up this should be a tack on the calendar for all you live music junkies out there.

Born in West Africa and globe trotting with his family as a child, Tabi Bonney must have quickly picked up on music from around the world because it definitely reflects in his sound. Bonney is most recognized from the noize he has made in the Washington, DC hip-hop scene. Be sure to check his live show. This particular night he will be performing his entire new album titled, Fresh.

The night also features performances from Chicago vet Pugs Atomz alongside up and comers Lungz and tha Basic.

tabi Bonney’s album Fresh just recently dropped on November 23rd. The album features Pusha T, Wale, Curren$y and Raheem DeVaughn. Be sure to check it out on iTunes.

[WHAT] Two lake cities come together for hip-hop. This Friday, Chicago hosts three of Minneapolis’ finest hip-hop talents. This beat exhibition put on by Fieldwerk Recordings and The Dirty Social showcases the talents of Medium Zach and Brandon Allday who make up Big Quarters. The duo put out an album titled From the Home of Brown Babies & White Mothers in the spring of last year. There new album Party Like a Young Commie is on the way.

The exhibition also features Benzilla, a buzzing producer from the Twin Cities. Benzilla co-produced BK One’s Rádio Do Canibal, a compilation of samples after a few trips to crate dig in Brazil. The record featuring Scarface, Raekwon, I Self Devine, Black Thought, Slug, Phonte, Brother Ali, Abby Wolf, POS and Toki Wright.

Definitely a good way to get a taste of the hip-hop scene up in Minneapolis.

Their album is looking to drop in the near future so keep your eyes out for it. Supporting Nero will be local whompers NameLoc and DJ Solo as well as the newly signed DJ’s WSK  and Car Thief a great addition to the Further Sound army. This will be a great show!
